Terms and Conditions

- To make a purchase, simply leave a comment as follow:
Item / colour / your email
An invoice will be sent to your email address shortly!

- Payment must be in within 24 hrs upon receiving invoice
We only accept POSB/DBS atm transfers and ibanking.
For atm transfers, please provide us with a snapshot of your receipt.

- All prices stated are inclusive of normal postage
For registered mail, add $2.50

- Voilamour will not be responsible for any lost mails
Therefore, registered mail is strongly recommended.

- Goods sold are non-exchangable and non - refundable.
Items with defects will be dealt with on a issue-by-issue basis.
We will ensure all items are in perfect condition before mailing them :)

- Strictly no dead buyers!
